Mr. Crear, a long-time resident of Sumter County, is deeply rooted in the community, and he is involved in a variety of civic, educational and professional activities in the region. He has expertise in planning and development, multi-million-dollar budget management, county government, and project management.  As a parent and public servant, he will contribute to parental and community engagement, budget management, and overall management of UCS.
