Kristen was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio, and has resided in Livingston since 2014. She is currently the Director of Quality Assurance for the Division of Online Programs at The University of West Alabama, overseeing enrollment, retention, and marketing. Additionally, she serves as an adjunct instructor in the College of Business.
Prior to her current role, Kristen worked as a Financial Services Specialist at Regions Bank in Meridian, MS, specializing in home loans, refinances, accounts, and personal loans. She also served as a Business Consultant and Training Coordinator at the Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center in Monticello, Arkansas, providing consulting services to small business owners.
Kristen holds an MBA from Otterbein University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Capital University. She is deeply committed to the growth and well-being of Sumter County.
